Each piece of US Jewellery is handmade, and may vary slightly from those shown on this website. We consider this a unique and special quality of our products.
Baroque pearls are pearls with an irregular, non-spherical shape. As each pearl is very unique, size shape and colour may vary pearl-to-pearl. Please consider this when purchasing pieces including baroque pearls.
We will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. If your piece is purchase through one of our stockists, please direct your repair enquiries to them.
Manufacturing faults do not include:
Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones
General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape or oxidised
Plating that has worn off - please note we can re-plate pieces for a fee.
If you would like any of the above repairs made, we can assess the damage and will let you know the cost before proceeding. Any item that was purchased outside of the 6 month warranty period will be charged for repair/replacement.
Because the majority of US Jewellery is made to order, we are unable cancel your order after the order has been placed. If you have made an error with your purchase we may be able to accomodate you if you contact us immediately at email@example.com.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars. All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
We take the upmost care in packing and dispatching your purchase but are not responsible to the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event after the purchase has left our studio. US Jewellery is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.
While we have made every effort to display accurately the colours of all products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be 100% accurate.
When you make your first purchase, you open an account and provide us the information requested and necessary to place the order and have your purchase delivered.
We keep your purchase and navigation history on our website to better serve you, unless you ask us to delete it.
You can unsubscribe from email notifications by selecting the unsubscribe options at the bottom of our emails to you.
Your credit card data will be processed by a secure third party processor.
